How we deliver
Each engagement is led by a senior consultant who owns scoping, calibration and delivery. Behind them sits a sector-specialist research team and a calibration scientist who designs the assessment loop.
You will have a daily delivery pulse, a weekly business review, and a quarterly outcomes audit. We publish slate quality, time-to-fill, offer-acceptance and 12-month retention as a standing metric set.
Engagement model
Most engagements are retainer-based with a milestone payment structure. Contract staffing and RPO engagements move to a per-resource or fixed-fee model after the first 90 days.
